Closing Day ~ Nope sorry not gonna happen
So, Tim and I drove 45 minutes to our Title company today and were very excited about getting the keys to our new home. We arrived about 1/2 hour early to find out that the mortgage company didn't wire the money. Which means we can't close today!!!! UGH!!!! So, we had to hurry and move some appointments around so we could reschedule the closing for Wednesday (yep, the title company is closed tomorrow for the inauguration). Luckily, the manager took pity on us and said she would come in tomorrow and complete the close (WEW!!!), so now if the mortgage company can manage to get the $$$ to the title company then we will be able to move in tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed!!!

Oh Congrats!! How exciting. I am so sorry to hear about the Money transfer, I know how disappointing that can be when you are really looking forward to getting into your new place and getting settled in.
